1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaua ("phtaua," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtaua website located at phtaua.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on phtaua, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phtaua Platform.

phtaua reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phtaua Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. phtaua strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phtaua or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phtaua Platform or any other gaming platform operated by phtaua's affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

phtaua reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the phtaua Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your phtaua account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phtaua immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify phtaua of any unauthorized access.

phtaua implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. phtaua reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phtaua Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtaua supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction, subject to individual payment method minimums.
• Withdrawal Processing: phtaua aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your phtaua account.
• Fees: phtaua does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtaua accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made to your phtaua account are for gaming purposes only. phtaua does not pay interest on account balances. Funds deposited in error may be returned upon written request, subject to verification and deduction of any applicable processing costs.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phtaua offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all phtaua bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phtaua reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• phtaua reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phtaua Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on phtaua use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time using physical equipment. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each round and are final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phtaua will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• phtaua reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change prior to event commencement. Bets accepted at published odds will be honored unless the bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake, in which case phtaua reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaua Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the phtaua Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug or error must report it to phtaua support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaua staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

phtaua is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your phtaua account settings at any time.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool, which will prevent you from accessing your phtaua account for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaua Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of phtaua or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phtaua.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtaua, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

phtaua's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaua account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtaua makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

phtaua reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Cessation of phtaua's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination for cause, phtaua reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in your account. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding investigations are pending.

You may close your phtaua account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines, and phtaua operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments

phtaua reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, phtaua will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the phtaua Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
